It started off as a dumb idea- instead of sponsoring another football team, what if Nike sponsored the club everyone including your Nan actually cared about. That team is AFC Richmond from the show Ted Lasso. To launch Season 3 of the hit show on Apple TV+, we got Nike to sponsor the fictional team where we helped design the kit, create a whole line of apparel that sold in stores and in the apps and even made a film to celebrate their underdog philosophy. As a massive football fan and of the show, it’s fair to say this was one of the most rewarding projects we’ve ever worked on. Believe.
